Recent Changes April 2016

Default Project Status

From the Admin, under the Projects settings you can now set what the default status will be when creating new projects.

Category Groups

You can now organize categories by groups. In this way when adding categories to a contact you can sort by the group column to find categories that are related. When using Addresses search you can search by a group to find anyone who has a category in that group.

To assign a category to a group you either need to add a new category or edit an existing one.

Projects - Grid Printing

We moved the location of the indexes for the project grid report to the end of the document. This was done in order to improve the page accuracy but has the added benefit of cutting the time you wait for the index to build in half.

Even though the indexes are at the end of the report there is still a way to have it print at the front as before.

By looking up the start and end page numbers of the indexes you can instruct word to print those pages first followed by the rest of the report.

Start by filling in the Page Range field in the print dialog screen with the index pages first, then followed by the page range of the rest of the report separated by a comma.

Address & Call List History

Multiple choice is now possible with the history filters in both Addresses and Call List. Selecting an item will check it off. Selected and checked item will uncheck it and selecting all will deselect all.

When multiple items are selected, the pop up list will display "Multiple"

Calendar Type Selections - Calendar & BTL Scheduler

Multiple choice is now possible with the type filters in the Calendar. Selecting an item will check it off. Selected and checked item will uncheck it and selecting all will deselect all.

Bookings & Calendar

There are two new settings that can be assigned to booking headings:

The first one is the "On Calendar" column which determines if the heading and the information for that heading appear on the Calendar, webCalendar and ieCalendar App.

The second setting determines which headings pertain to the "Location" and will always appear on the Calendar, webCalendar and ieCalendar App., regardless of the setting in the "On Calendar" column.
