Accounting - Payment Entry

There is now an option to link documents to a payment. For example scanned image file(s) of incoming checks if linked would be automatically attached when you email a statement to a client .


Address Changes Email Alerts

Users with Accounting module access will now get an email if another user make a change to either an address or email address of a clients record provided there is a existing custom address or email address under the accounting tab. In this way an accounting user can update the clients record accordingly.

You can elect to not receive these emails by opening up preferences from the Edit menu, going to the accounting tab and checking the button "Don't Send Email When Client Address/Email Changes."
