InEntertaiment's contact management system, the Address module gives you unprecedented ease of use combined with advanced features. Each contact can have up to 20 phone and email addresses, and 10 address locations. You can link people to their company record so information only needs to be entered once. Linking people to people, such as an actor to their representative, is another feature that helps keep you organized and in control.

Creating mailing lists, email lists, contact lists couldn't be easier and better still there is no limit to how many lists you can manage.

When not in your office your contacts can be wirelessly sync’d with your Blackberry™ Smartphone so you are never out of touch.

Our Bookings module is specifically designed for the Talent Representative who wants to keep track of their clients' quotes and working schedules. It's never been easier to enter in complicated drop and pick up dates that instantly show up in the client's calendar both in the office and on the web.

As you know deals can run the gamut from simple guest spots to pilot series deals and big budget movies, each with their own specific set of requirements. We've developed a way to make it simple to enter in all the different possibilities without slowing you down. And duplicating previous jobs is one click away. With yet another mouse click you can instantly see all the jobs and quotes for a client in a single list.

As with the all our other modules, complex highly detailed reports are quick and easy to generate, customize and print.

BTL Scheduler

The BTL Scheduler was created to meet the needs of Below the Line Agents who typically manage an unlimited number of holds and bookings for each client. You can have as many kinds of holds as you like, all color-coded in an easy to view 2-month calendar.
With a list of all of your clients always visible on the right side of the screen, clicking to view another clients schedule is super fast.

Creating or moving holds for more than one client at a time couldn't be easier. With one click you can generate email confirmations of acceptance, or one that informs the buyer the client has passed. Then when your client books the job, one click creates a booking entry in the bookings module automatically.

Calendar

Managing one calendar is not too difficult but managing the schedule for an unlimited number of clients and employees can be mind boggling. With the Calendar module every client has their own separate calendar easily accessible just by clicking on their name in a list. You can also view any combination of calendars, including all of your client schedules at the same time.

For your employees, the very same calendar can be used to schedule meetings and appointments, giving you quick access to everyone's schedule whenever you need it.

Want to give your clients access to their own schedules? It's easy with our free web calendar solution. Your clients can view events added by your office and add dates to the same calendar. Keeping those surprise availability issues to a minimum.

Call List/ Phone Log

With inEntertainment's state of the art Phone Log/Call List you can stay on top of all your calls and tasks. With one click you can see a history of all past calls, events, emails, letters, submissions and bookings for anyone on your call list. And when you're not in the office the inEntertainment Call List can be set to wirelessly sync with your Blackberry™ Smartphone so your active call list is always up to date and so are you.

Projects

Often referred to in the industry as a “grid”, the Projects module is where you keep up to date information on all types of projects from Television, Feature Films and Theatre to Commercials, Music Videos, Voice-Overs and Print jobs.

With projects you can import data from other well-known database systems over the web. Then with that information create submission letters, appointment slips as well as tracking and, tasks reports including project grid reports. With automatic creation of table of contents pages just one of many slick features.

inEntertainment makes following up on a submission incredibly easy, just click on the submission and a call is automatically added to your call list.

Calls from the Call List and materials from Properties can both be linked to the Projects module.

Properties

With properties we give you an easy way to track submissions of Scripts, Books, DVD's or any other kind of physical materials. Quickly make a hard copy or email submissions. Create comprehensive reports of incoming or outgoing submissions with just a few mouse clicks. Link Word files, pdfs, Final Draft scripts or any kind of document to a property record.

Below are some highlights of the various kinds of information that are viewable from the properties window.

Talent

The Talent module is specifically designed for the producer that needs an easy way to manage lists of actors, writers and directors. With this module you have access to all the data you find in the Addresses module for each person, such as their contacts and history, but you also can have information about the persons credits, quotes and availability.

With the addition of the Projects module you can link talent records to specific projects in order to create wish lists or availability lists.

One of the most powerful and useful features of inEntertainment is the ability to click into the history tab on an Addresses record or from your Call List, enabling you to view every interaction you have had with someone. Did they send you a script, did you send them a script, did you call them about a project, or did you submit a client to them. How many appointments did your client get or how many jobs have they booked. View conflicts, holds, letters, emails, everything from A to Z. It doesn't require any extra work because just by using the inEntertainment you are creating history.
