Annual License Fee and Service Agreement:
Annual service agreement is 20% of the initial list price of $300.00 times the number of modules with a $450.00 minimum per company.
Example: 5 modules x $300.00 each = $1800.00 x 20% = $300.00 per user per year.
Annual service agreement covers installation, training, technical support, maintenance and updates. All other computer services not specific to inEntertainment are billed hourly at $95.00 per manhour.
