New Feature for inEntertainment

We've added a new relationship heading under contacts: "Agent - Primary" and "Manager - Primary". When selecting one of these headings in place of just "Agent" or "Manager" for a particular client inEntertainment will select the primary one appear on the appointment slip by default regardless of the alphabetical order.
